I’ve just recently done a 3 day workshop on Intuitive Development, it was an amazing experience. I’ve learnt that I’m in my head to much and don’t come from the heart nearly enough.
One of the biggest take aways from this workshop was that I had shut music out of my life. I hadn’t realised how much I had missed it. We learnt that it’s important to sing and dance. It lifts your vibration. So every morning now as part of my routine I do some singing and dancing. I’m a terrible singer but you know what – I don’t care! It’s not like I’m going on some talent show, this is just for me. Singing opens up your throat and heart chakra, so how can that be wrong?
I’ve found that the singing and dancing really sets me up for the day and it does have an impact on the things going on in your life. Good things start to happen. I’m so looking forward to seeing what changes this is going to bring into my life.
One of the great things also about going to the workshop is the people you meet. I meet some amazing people who are on a similiar journey to change their lives and improve the quality of their life. The amazing thing with social media is that we have created a Facebook page where we can all keep in touch and share our experiences and encouage each other even if we all live in different locations.
So now I’m learning to live as a six-sensory person and follow my intuition and I’m so excited for the future.
Are you wondering who did the workshop?
